Our recently refurbished 2 Bedroom Villa is Detached with private garden and new swimming pool The interior is furnished to a high comfortable standard,with a new fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer ,oven ,microwave and dishwasher . The spacious lounge/diner has good quality modern furniture along with a Samsung curved 49” TV ( Free Netflix available on the TV ) The bathroom has also just been replaced with a brand new walk in shower and all new furniture We have recently had a new satellite system so we have all the UK TV Channels in HD quality. Spanish TV channels are also available.There is Mag box with more tv channels and also a DVD player with selections of dvds with free Unlimited High speed fibre wifi There is a separate utility room with a washing machine The large outside area has high screening for total privacy and offers a Spanish barbecue, with ample seating available to sit outside on those warm evenings .Also we we have good quality sun beds for your total comfort. The Villa is in the Urbanisation of Tamaragua /La Capellania Within easy reach of glorious beaches , restaurants, bars and shops . Corralejo is approximately 3 km away ,ideally a car would be useful , however there is a reliable bus and taxi service 5 mins easy walk away along with a well stocked supermarket ,local bar and Italian Restaurant. We do have two mountain bikes that guests may use if they wish . The swimming pool is now heated and is available on request for €10.00 per night
