Our beach boasts the best of both worlds - sand for castle building AND world class snorkeling. The unit itself has loads of rustic charm and boasts beach views from the back porch, living room, and both bedrooms. Enjoy a drink on the huge beachfront lanai and prepare dinner on the front grill. We're new to airbnb but have 4.5 *s on other sites. - Guests have described the experience as "retro", "throwback", or "visiting an old friend". - Although only needed in the heat of summer, there is Air Conditioning in bedrooms only. - We provide comunal Wi-Fi and there is a small TV with Netflix and DVDs for rainy days. - No pool, lots of ocean. - See the SeaRendipity website for more information. You have the entire unit, back patio, and front yard with grill and hammock to yourself. You'll share the large beach, 3 palapas, and many available beach chairs with guests from only 16 other units in the complex. We don't live on island, but the property manager does. We provide a pay-as-you-go cell phone so you may call either of us. Our beach is incredible. But if you get tired of it, you are a 12 minute walk to Rum Point, which is famous for its picturesque pier, always calm water, and mudslides at the bar (check if open). Stingray City boat trips can also be booked at Rum Point (check if open) or at East End resorts. You will need to rent a car or hire a driver (ask us), as we are 45 minutes from the airport.
