The pool/ community area offers several tables, ping pong, grill area all of which are available for you to use! Quaint, peaceful studio for your downtime has NEW queen bed,Side tablesw USB, 43" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix,Prime, HULU w/Live TV coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, NEW A/C UNIT We have visited many properties here in the Princeville area and feel the grounds and the unique landscaping are truly one of the best maintained with all native Hawaiian plants and flowers everywhere! Just walking the path around the complex and to the pool and you get an eyeful of beauty to last the remainder of your visit! One Bedroom, Private Bathroom and Private Lanai with separate guest entrance. We do offer a hot plate for use but we ask that it be used in the Pavillion area which is literally 15 steps from your door. It has a nice grill, kitchen area, tables & chairs and, of course, an awesome pool! There is also a microwave. We live here and are available to answer questions, give directions, or help with any needs that may arise - Near The Ocean Princeville is located on a bluff above the ocean. There are lots of great ocean views and beautiful beaches within a few short blocks (westin hike 2 blks away ) or a couple miles. Resort Property is located in Princeville, a resort community with access to golf, tennis, a beautiful walking/jogging trail, and amazing views of the mountains, golf course and ocean. We have an extra space for our guests to use in our parking lot. We now have A/C in the studio which makes it the PERFECT temperature for our guests that would like to use it!
