The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 large bathroom with a roomy 4' walk in shower and upscale custom designed sink area, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Kurig coffee maker and microwave oven, tile and laminate wood floors flow thru the welcoming apartment, the spacious bedrooms have stylish custom made sliding barn doors, each room is filled with natural light, the rooms have an inviting, comfortable, bright, airy and casual beachy feel. The apartment has a peek of a view of the Atlantic ocean from the living room and each bedroom. The property is located with in walking distance of the ocean 1 1/2 blocks away and 3 blocks walking distance to the downtown hub of entertainment, casual beach bars, shops, and restaurants in Jacksonville Beach. There are three apartments above the flower shop, apartments B and C are permanent tenant occupied and are located on the second floor, apartment A where you will be our guest is located on the third floor above apartment B and C, there is an exterior flight of stairs to the foyer entry to all the apartments and one interior flight of stairs that lead to apartment A, you will have access to one private parking space at the property and any other parking will be public street parking.
