This craftsman style home is perfectly located within walking distance of the University of Vermont, Church Street and the waterfront. The whole home, spacious front porch, cozy screened in back porch-perfect for morning coffee, and private back yard will be available to guests. Guests will have access to full house and backyard. Guests will not have access to garage and a few closets within the home that hold personal items. We will be available by text or phone to answer any questions during our guest’s stay. We will not be onsite during the stay. Centrally located residential neighborhood within walking distance to much of what Burlington has to offer. Church Street is within a one mile walk, University of Vermont is about a half a mile away and the Burlington Bike Path is about 1.5 miles away. Guests can park either in the driveway or use neighborhood parking passes to park on the street. Downtown Burlington restaurants, bars and activities are within walking or biking distance. This is our primary home and therefore personal items will remain within the home during guest stays.
