Your room is in a 4 bedroom house just for Airbnb guests. Conveniently located OKC 7 min. from the airport @ intersection of I-240 and I-44. The house rents by the room that is named after a German city. Your Cologne Room has a full bed, desk, and smart TV . No Cable. But high speed internet keeps you connected. Easy self check-in so you may come and go at any time. Restaurants , shopping, just 5 - 10 minutes away along I-240. 15 min to downtown/Bricktown. Not available until December 2020. You will call the Köln (Cologne) room your home tonight. It has a full size bed, small desk, and smart TV. The room is "connected to the Munich room by a door that can be unlocked in case you are a group of 4 (or more) wishing to stay "together". Contact me to reserve the other room as well if available. But you may also use the sleeper sofa in the semi private Grand living room. Let me know so I may hold it for you. Long term stays are welcomed. To avoid and false expectations or possible disappointment it is IMPORTANT to please READ below "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" before you finalize your reservation. You may stretch out in the entire home, kitchen is fully equipped. Please mind other guests' food. A small BBQ grill is in the garage if you want to grill outside. Washer and dryer is in Garage and you may use the detergent that is on top of the washer. Iron board and iron available as well in the closet behind the entrance door. Private Parking available in drive way or in back of house. Just open the gate (if closed) and drive in. I don't live there but I am just a 15-20 drive away, so you may call me if you need personal assistance with anything. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE If you are used to staying in hotels and expect the same here then my homes are not for you . You may be better served to just go there . This is a SIMPLE Airbnb home, you book ONE PRIVATE ROOM, not the entire house. AND yes, there will be others staying ! No need to ask that question. All our homes are set up as to holding true to the ORIGINS of Airbnb: offering you a safe comfortable place in a friendly environment of a shared family setting-like HOME. We offer lots of amenities try keeping it still being budget friendly as possible WITH YOUR HELP (pls. read on). THUS, my homes are not for high maintenance Fraser & Niles Crane like snobs / is not a party place / not a Ritz / not a vacation resort / and not a disturbed couple fighting ground either. So if you have relationship issues and think the place is cheap enough where to carry out your daily and nightly disputes please book elsewhere as well. To keep our rates low for you, we do NOT have HIGH COST DAILY CLEANING SERVICE, weekly lawn maintenance or top notch home grooming. We depend on YOUR cooperation to conduct yourselves with respect toward others and toward the property. Our all governing House Rule is EXTREMELY SIMPLE : >>> LEAVE THE PLACE THE WAY YOU FOUND IT ! <<< That means to please PLEASE please always clean up after yourself - others staying are not your maid and they wish to enjoy the same quality of accommodation as you have received it. In a nutshell: - Sweep off water from floors after showering - clean away your personal yellow and brown spills - keep your groomed top and facial hair out of sink and tub. - kitchen sink is for WASHING dirty dishes, not for storing them for others to wash IN SUMMARY: Your HOST DOES NOT LIVE THERE and can't clean up after you every hour of the day. Please help making everyone's stay a great one. Guests come and go , of which who is coming your host has little control. Most are respectful, but there is that 1 % that believes they are more equal than others. If that happens, I appreciate a little hint and I see to advise/correct where needed. AGAIN: We are NOT a full service HOTEL - in case you still have not noted it. We depend on YOU doing YOUR PART. If you seek daily room service or prefer getting robbed of your travel funds, please go to those places where you get more than what you want but also have to cash in plenty just so that your personal concierge looks pretty. But if you can tune to the right down-to-earth Airbnb attitude and can live without a personal butler then PLEASE BE OUR GUEST ! One LAST thing: I most always bring one or two of my dogs along. If you prefer to not meet them let me know and I refrain from bringing them inside.
