It is just under 1000 square feet and with an open floor plan it can accommodate 6-8 guests for a weekend. 4 total queen beds (1 is a pullout couch). If the weather is nice the front porch is enclosed and cozy, and there is a deck on the back for recreation (grill/table/chairs are included) The home has 3 efficiently sized bedrooms, with an open and accommodating living area. You could say that this home encourages social interactions due to the intimate space. I’m always available by phone to help during stays. Kinser Pike is a cozy street with a healthy mix of owners and student occupants. The street is conveniently located with close access to college/walnut, the 45/46 bypass and I69. That means this house is 5 minutes to downtown and 10 minutes from everywhere else. There is plenty of room for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway, and Ubers are very inexpensive. The average Uber downtown is $10 and usually takes less than 5 minutes to arrive for pickup.
