Yellow Canary Villa is spacious, light and airy with a modern decor. The living room opens out onto a patio area and the garden. A few steps away is our beautiful beach which is lined with almond trees for shades. Leroy's bar, cafes & craft shops are a short walk. Duncans Town is 5 mins. by taxi. There are restaurants, supermarkets, fruit stalls, a ATM and taxis to various locations. MontegoBay Resort &Airport is just 40 minutes by transport &Ocho Rios is approximately the same distance. At Yellow Canary Villa delicious meals can be cooked to guests specification, if required, and the cook's cost is included in the price. Meals will be cooked daily but not on a Sunday (only on special requests in advance). Guests will be responsible for the cost of the grocery or can bring in their own grocery. At Yellow Canary Villa the sound of the sea can be heard from every angle of the property. It’s a place to relax, unwind, eat, read, and sleep. There are 4 loungers for relaxation in garden. Yellow Canary has an atmosphere of privacy and peace. This area is ideal location to get to various hot spot areas. Airport transfers, pickups, and excursions can be arranged with our experienced drivers. Guests have access to the garden and patio areas around the house. A cook is available only if you require cook meals and her services are included in the price. You can discuss meals with the cook on arrival but please remember you will bear the cost of the grocery. Breakfast is not included in the price. This neighbourhood is a seaside village, flushed with greenery, unspoilt, and most of the times it is quiet except some weekends it can get busy with visiting guests and local families. The beach here has soft white sands and the surrounding area is very green. It is great for sun bathers and swimmers. Swimming though is restricted to a particular area. The beach stretches a good way so it’s great for those who like walking. The adjoining beach is the fishermen’s beach and there are 2 restaurants/bars and some craft shops along that beach. Leroy’s Bar is famous for live music on Saturday nights. AIR CON Aircon is fitted in all 3 bedrooms. The living room/dining room are fitted with ceiling fans only.
