Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view. Original, arty decor creates a feast for the eyes. Hardwood floors, folk art and a cool vibe will make you feel cheerful and relaxed as you unwind after a long day of surfing, playing or just hanging out on the beach. Dillon Beach is a beautiful, dog friendly beach. It is also a short drive to Pt. Reyes National Sea Shore, Bodega Bay and the wine country. The living area is open and spacious with separate dining and sunken living room. Two bedrooms, bath and a crow's nest upstairs. The master bedroom is loft style (an open wall/balcony to the seating area) and has a California king mattress. The guest bedroom has a queen mattress and the living room couch folds out into a double bed. There is a large enclosed deck, sheltered from the wind, with outdoor chairs and a cozy hammock. Off street parking for two cars and pet friendly. Smart TV, Bose sound bar and a wide, family friendly assortment of DVDs. NO cable or satellite service. BBQ. Guests have access to the entire house, kids beach toys, games, books and an extensive collection of DVDs. Interaction with guests will be as needed, in order to insure that they have a pleasant, private and hassle free stay. I live some distance from the beach, so most interactions will be with my next-door neighbor, Eugenie. She is 'on site' and I'm always available by phone. Our home is in 'The Village' which is the original Dillon Beach development. It has a wonderful collection of homes, some built in the 20's, some more recently. It has a wonderful, small California beach town vibe. You will need a car to get there. Once you arrive you can walk to the beach. Or get in your car and visit some of the world class wineries, eateries, and scenery all within a short driving distance. No parties. If you want to drive to the beach, please note that there is a $10 parking fee.
