It backs onto an abandoned golf course, so there is room to go out and walk around. If you choose the sidewalk out front, our street leads right to a trail head around the base of the cliffs. There are some amazing lookout points on this trail. We feel like some of the scenery right in our neighborhood rivals some of the national parks. We look forward to meeting our guests and interacting as much as they like. We've had guests for meals, we've gone out exploring a little bit around the local back country, and we've been happy to recommend places to eat, hikes in the parks, and tour guides who offer discounts for staying with us. This unit is literally a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the BLM Visitor's Center. We hope to share our townhome with you and your family or friends. See you soon! However, we certainly allow you the privacy you wish as our guest. We live just around the corner, and are usually available for anything you'd hope from a neighbor and friend. The neighborhood is very pretty, it is quiet and safe. It is also very close to the highway and easy to access. We think it is the best around! We have a great relationship with our neighbors, as far as Airbnb is concerned. We thank you for helping to maintain those good feelings with our neighbors and the community as you stay in the townhome. There is no public transportation in these small rural towns. However, parking is free in our town and it is a short drive to the downtown area. There is free parking everywhere, but we recommend the parking at the church by the stoplight because it is central to most of the restaurants and shops. We will often invite guests to come to our home around the block for a fire to roast marshmallows, live music, and to meet the family if desired. We will occasionally host some of those types of gatherings on the adjacent property to the townhomes. Many of our guests have enjoyed sharing experiences as they have explored this amazing area.
