The apartment has a picturesque view of the mountain, part of the Balkan range. Looking west, the kitchen is at guests' disposal mostly for snacks or refreshments. Situated in a residential area amongst local supermarkets, cafes, offices, a school, a small park, etc., The flats block is just eight minutes from the Municipality and other state institutions. The neighbourhood and the place are peaceful and quiet, though. On the Western side of the block, there is a Blue Zone Municipality car park (paid from 8.30 am. to 17.30 pm. on weekdays). There is another, a free one, on the Eastern side. The town of Sliven is located in the sub-Balkan area, about 300 km east of the capital Sofia and 115 km west of Burgas. The town is nested under the majestic area of Sinite Kamani – one of the most beautiful natural landmarks in the country. It has a population of 110,000 people. The climate here is transitional continental – with mild winters and relatively hot summer. Currently the town and the region are rich in old-history landmarks-connected with Thracian or Roman times, museums, ethnological centres, art galleries, sports and cultural events. The nature park Sinite kamani" (“The Blue Stones”) is located in close proximity to the town. The renowned Blue Stones are covered in specific moss, which changes their colour depending on time and light. A part of the park is the locality of Karandila – a popular place for walks and relaxation. Visitors can reach Karandila on foot along the Haydushka path, by a motor vehicle or a lift, the first station of which is situated at the foot of the mountain. There is a number of mountain villages such as Zheravna, Medven, Ichera turned into ethnological and architectural reserves and famous tourist destinations also... The apartment has a good connectivity to bus and trolley stops, the bus and railway station.
