Old School Hospitality
This spacious ground-floor apartment can sleep four very comfortably. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction. This charming apartment has an indoor waterfall that immerses you in a tropical setting. The unit has many custom features; the shower has lava and granite features and opens to the outdoors. Guests have access to all rooms in the unit. We live on-site and will be available as desired or needed. The neighborhood is semi-rural and neighbors are very respectful of privacy. While there is some bus service, you will be needing personal transportation to access the many nearby attractions. It is possible to walk and bike in the area, however there are no dedicated paths and the roads are narrow. The one acre is fully landscaped and has fruit trees and many palms.
