This tastefully decorated residence has Ikea furnishings and is the perfect place to relax. It has a king size bed and LED lighting throughout. Space includes a 40-inch HD Smart TV with Netflix access provided. Guests may login to the Hulu and Amazon Prime apps for viewing with own accounts. The kitchen includes Ikea cabinets, a full size electric range, a full size refrigerator, sink & coffee maker (with coffee/filters provided). Internet access available via wifi. Bathroom has a full-size bathtub/shower, vanity/sink & toilet and clothes washer (no detergent provided). The living room includes an Ikea table with 4 chairs and a sofa that turns into a full-size bed. A 6-foot wide patio door faces the Organ Mountains. Enjoy scenic views from inside and outside! Shipping container loft is located on a cul-de-sac with an expansive view of surrounding mountains. The diverse neighborhood includes many churches and homes. The Branigan Library is 0.7 miles away. Many of our favorite places are just 1 mile away including: the Las Cruces Museum of Art, the Branigan Cultural Center, the Las Cruces Museum of Science & Nature, the Coas bookstore and Dwell Yoga. The Plaza de Las Cruces, location of various markets and musical events, is 1.2 miles away. The Las Cruces Farmer's Market, recently rated as being one of the best in the country, is held there every Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Property has quick and easy access to and from highways I-25 (5-min), US-70 (5-min) & I-10 (10-min). Apartment is immediately adjacent to downtown Las Cruces. Driving times: NMSU 10-minutes, NASA 20-minutes, White Sands Missile Range 30-minutes, White Sands National Monument 50-minutes and the El Paso International Airport is about an hour away with normal traffic flow. - Pet-friendly, please read below for details/cost - Property is for use by registered guests only, please. (No parties or events.) - No fires, fireworks or outside grills, please. SECOND BED: The basic lodging rate is for 1 or 2 people sharing the primary bed. If the second person wishes to sleep on the sofa bed instead, there will be an extra $15 charge (per stay). Please notify us at least one day before arrival so we can prepare the sofa bed and modify the reservation to include the fee. NOTE: For same-day reservations, we may not be able to prepare the extra bed. If the 2nd bed is required when reserving on arrival date, please contact us beforehand for confirmation. Thanks!
