Awesome location and pretty close to many amenities . on the 5th floor of this old type portuguese building u will find a Beautiful semi furnished little 2bed room apt in the heart of the city ( maianga ). No elevator (great daily work out lol) the place has 2 bedrooms but we r only renting 1, as the apt is in transition. guest will be alone at all times. It feels like home away from home, and not cold like hotels ;) Apartment half furnished. fully furnished bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. (stove, oven, microwave, fridge , Cofee and tea electrical pots, Washing machine ) We have ACs in the bedroom and living areas , service maid 1 per week for those staying longer than 5 days . Is very close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, lanchotes e cafeterias around. There's farmacies, mini markets and other amenities a short walk distance 2 make your life easy even if u don't have a car. . A short drive to the beach, hotels for meetings at walking and/or driving distance as well as a short drive from various pubs for fun There r plenty of candogueiros ( taxi vans )stops around. we also have in Angola various Uber like services. ask me abt it Although we are currently only renting a room, guests have access to the whole apartment ( living area is currently not fully furnished ) In the room ac Queen size bed, night stands, closet space and an extra lamp if needed. Maid service during your stay . Full access to a fully furnished kitchen. if u need the maid to purchase basic groceries for u please let us know We live real close to the apt, so if u need us we r five minutes Walk way. If I'm in town I am more than happy 2 show u around if my time allows or send u tips on anything u may need ;). Let me know if u need a bilingual driver or just a translator, we can also recommend one :) we r only renting a room, so we also have access to the apartment during your stay (mostly unlikely tho, unless extremely necessary). but never access to your private room. feel free to enquire abt cab servicservices apps, food delivery apps etc. u r surounded by restaurants, banks, farmacies a gas stations. Is very family like and close to everything. Plenty of restaurants, lanchotes e cafeterias , farmacies, gas stations and banks around. Is a short drive to the beach and other amenities :). 8_10 mins from the airport There r plenty of candogueiros ( taxi vans )stops around as well as very trustworthy personal cab drivers we can refer u 2 U can also use my codes for heetch and tleva (angolan version for Uber) , and enjoy your first ride for free we will leave the internet password, taxi apps names as well as food delivery numbers by your nightstands. there is always 1 security in the building that can assist u to purchase last min things, carrying groceries up, luggage etc. just be sure to tip them 1-2000 kz ,average
