Big, two-bedrooms apartment with hammock and balcony. Two bathrooms and baggage room. Full-equipped (washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, etc). Our place is perfectly located. It is very close to downtown, to parks, and surrounded by a forest. It has a nice city and mountain view. The apartment is on the fourth floor. It is always fresh and the neighborhood is safe and quite. Our place is perfect for people that enjoy nature. There is a forest next to the apartment so, you will enjoy songbirds in the morning and cicadas and frogs at night. Our place is also very close to restaurants, shops, pubs, and parks. "La Flora" park, the neighborhood Cabecera, and the University UNAB are within a walking distance. The apartment is full-equipped, there is also a working desk and our books collection. There are also some toys available for our youngest guests. The entire apartment is exclusively for the use of our guests I am available on whatsapp but do not live nearby. My mom is the person you will communicate with on first place. She lives nearby so, she will welcome you, she will give you the keys, and all the information you need. The neighborhood Terrazas is quite and safe. The beautiful park "La flora" is located 600 m from our place. Three shopping malls (Cacique, Cabecera cuarta etapa, and La quinta) are within 3 km. Another beautiful park (Carlos Enrique Virviescas) is 1.7 km far. Cuadra picha (cra 34 #48), a popular street where locals use to go to drink, dance, and eat is 1,5 km. The university UNAB and the hospital Bucaramanga is only 10 minutes walk. Parks, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, and shops are within a walking distance. The taxi service from the airport costs 40 000 COP. The taxi service from the bus station costs around 10 000 COP. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is not elevator in our building. There is not private parking inside the building.
