This is a private apartment addition attached to our family's home. The apartment is completely private and accessible via an outside walkway and secure electronic entry door. Guests will enjoy the dramatic high ceilings and natural light streaming in from the large windows. This space is equipped with a wifi connected television and all stainless steel appliances. It is also outfitted with accessible features such as a ramped walkway and zero entry shower. Guests also have access to our neighborhood pond, pavilion, and basketball courts. This space is perfect for a quick or longer stay in beautiful Bloomington or nearby Brown County. Our convenient eastside location and quiet, leafy neighborhood make the space a great choice if you're in town for IU sporting events, Homecoming, Parents' Weekend, college visits, or just a couple of fun nights in bustling B-town. If you are up for outdoor adventures, Paynetown and Hardin Ridge State Recreation Areas are nearby as well as the Indiana mountain biking mecca, Brown County State Park.
