We are located between two of the Big Islands most iconic areas; Hawaii Volcano National Park and Hilo's beaches, approximately both a 20-minute drive from the studio. Our road to cottage can be rough,it is old blacktop that need to be replaced. We are asking county for help but no response.Road be adventurous , but cottage is worth it. In this studio, you can expect; a Full-Kitchen with granite countertops, dinnerwear, and silverware, a Commercial Jura Coffee Maker supplied with coffee grown on the farm. Fresh, clean towels, all natural soap, shampoo.A California King Size Bed with 600 count sheets, and a memory foam mattress. Screened in lanai (porch) with private hot tube and chaise lounge. We also have free fiber internet from Hawaiian Tel 1 GB but wi if is around 300 mps Lg 49"Smart TV with Netflix ,Amazon ,Hulu and sling Tv for you enjoyment Coffee orchard, we have area in back of cottage with natural Hawaiian plants. We take a hands off approach with our guest, we are available by cell phone land line and also email anytime. We like our guest to feel like they have there own private resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Also in the cottage we have included a phone with a private number in case your cell phone signal is weak.We also included a few electrical receptacle that have the USB port. Our studio is located in the tropical rainforest on the Hilo/ Volcano side of the Big Island of Hawaii at an elevation of 1300 ft. Here you can expect crisp, cool mornings with tradewinds from the ocean, followed by relaxing evening rain. We are located an old blacktop road that is rough most times but part of your adventure. We are fighting with our county to repave it since our subdivision pay over 2.2 million in property tax each year and receives nothing in return but so far not much progress yet. Hawaii Volcano Coffee Cottage understands the importance of adventure, and our road sometimes is an adventure. We have included one car covered private parking located next to the studio unit. And Carport light is on a motion sensor for your safety.
