I am a single guy with a full time job and live in the main house next to the apartment, due to the layout of the apartment and the house our paths will not necessarily cross and your can surely count on your privacy. The appartment is located in the Tamarijn-Paradera neighborhood, situated on a cul de sac, a tranquil, safe neighborhood surrounded by nature. Just a 10 min drive from the airport, 10-15 min drive from some of Aruba's award-winning beaches. Renting a car is recommended to explore Aruba. When renting a car, the car rental company will require a valid credit card with a deposit, which they will retain, from the credit card, for the rental period. There is no public transportation in the Tamarijn - Paradera area. Public transportation is not available in the Tamarijn-Paradera area. Renting a car is advisable and Aruba has easy driving conditions. A convenience store is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. A small drying rack is available outside for drying your towels or other garments. We provide all linens and towels that you may need during your stay.
