These two bedrooms enjoy a spacious full bath and European sunk-in wet shower room. There is a bright and cozy king sized bedroom next to the pool with a shower bathroom adjacent to it. Ground level includes a private entrance to a bedroom with a king-sized sofa bed and a new shower bathroom. Laundry room, sauna and mini gym (pilates equipment) are all accessible on this floor. Wifi sound system completes the atmospheric vibe to this house. Begin your winter vacation by taking a dip in the healing waters of the Sound. Try our dry sauna and then relax with a book by the pool. The whole house is available to you. However, there is a private, attached one-bedroom apartment to the house, which is storage for the owner. We would be happy to arrange for some basic groceries and/or wine in advance of your arrival to help you settle into the home. John Smith's Bay beach is a short 5 minute walk. Several local restaurants and Harrington Hundreds grocery store are a 5 - 10 minute drive away. House is near bus stops with direct routes to Hamilton and St Georges. A special feature: Twizy (Current Vehicle's electric rental car) charging station available for two Twizy cars on premise for your convenience. No need to search for public charging stations on the island if you are renting a Twizy.
