This is a sweet spot on the North Shore. It's a clean private place in a small, residential neighborhood (Velzyland) directly across from an amazing beach and surf break that is adjacent to another amazing beach and surf break that is adjacent to another amazing beach and surf break. Due to County Bill 41 the stay can not be less than 30 days and we will not reduce the 30 day pricing based on the number of nights occupied. Our place is perfect for a couple or for a small family or group. Our home feels private, spacious and clean. It is a solid 1980's open beam wooden ceiling house. It is not new, but it's in a great location with beautiful wooden ceilings ; it feels open and airy. There is one very large bedroom with 2 chairs and a table, a queen bed and more space. There is a double bed built into a loft in the hall. The living room couch is a large L shape and can sleep 2. A full kitchen and the large full bath complete everything that you need. This apartment is the entire upstairs of our house. It has it's own entrance and a nice big lanai. There are two parking spaces for this unit. There is a laundry and back yard that may be shared if there are guests in the small downstairs unit. We live nearby and are happy to help you with anything you might need. Ours is a small neighborhood surrounded by single family residences. Velzyland (the surf break and beach) is directly across the street. Our home is on Kamehameha Hwy. This makes easy in and out..... no going up and down the mountain or in and out of tight neighborhoods with not enough parking. The house is surrounded by mature foliage so you see green. There is no neighbor on 2 sides. You will hear cars. We have 2 spaces reserved for your rental cars and there is on street parking if you have guests stop by. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. The North Shore Bike Path, 3 miles of shaded walking and biking sidewalk that runs parallel to the coastline, can be accessed from our home and will take you to Ted's Bakery, Foodland grocery store, Sunset Beach, Bonzai Pipeline, Rocky Point, Sharks Cove, Waimea Bay.....and all of the sweet little spots in between. The world class Turtle Bay Resort is less that 3 miles away with several choices in restaurants and amusements, You can be to Honolulu and Waikiki on an hour's time. Historic Haleiwa town is 7 miles from our hale. From our place you are very close to Sunset Beach, Rocky Point, Pipeline, Shark's Cove, Waimea Bay, Three Tables and Turtle Bay Resort. :) The nearest grocery store is 3 miles. There is a bike path and a bus stop directly in front of our house.
