We are located directly across the street from the new Southern Marketplace and one block away from the center of the city. Central Market, The Lancaster City Convention Center as well as popular restaurants and bars are only a few steps away! Whether you're coming from out of town or having a staycation - we can't wait for you to be our guest! This fully furnished condo includes a queen bed, pull out couch, full kitchen, one full bath, in-apartment washer and dryer, and high speed internet. This condo is locked by a keypad for convenience and added security. Street parking out front is free. We also provide one free parking spot for guests. There is also a nearby parking garage next to the Convention Center for easy parking. We will do our best to reply to your messages as quickly as possible! Please let us know if there’s anything you need while you are in town! We are located directly behind the Lancaster Marriott Convention center. The brand new Southern Marketplace is directly across the street and we are one city block from the city center and Central Market. This means we are downtown Lancaster where there is constant noise and people around all the time! If you are looking for a completely quiet stay, this may not be the place for you. Noise Level: This condo is located one block from the city center so if you are looking for a completely quiet space, this might not be the condo for you. There are cars driving by and sounds from the city at all hours. We do provide a sound machine as well as noise cancelling curtains for your comfort. Historic Space: The condo is located in the Lancaster City Historic district. While we did our best to fully renovate the space for your comfort, we also tried to preserve the character of the space. The floors are original to the building, we simply refinished them and stained them. There are imperfections in the floors, on the walls and throughout the space. We like to think it gives the space some extra character :)
