Unlike most locations you are dead center between W25th, Detroit Rd and Hingetown. Which makes it easy to see all of Ohio City very quickly. Next door is Momocho's, a very popular Mexican restaurant. On the other side is Johnny Mango's, yet another popular restaurant. My favorite coffee shop, phoenix coffee, located a two minutes walk. More restaurants and bars then I could possibly name, all within a 10 minutes walk. A major grocery store, called Dave's, is a 5 minute walk. Parking pad is available at the rear of the property. Please park in your assigned spot. Use GPS and the address of 3110 Bridge Ave. Ohio city is an easy train ride from the airport (23 mins exactly), the apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from the Ohio city - W25th street station. Uber is $6 to downtown and $13 - $17 to airport. Hot tub hours 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily. Rear (larger deck) deck hours 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. weekends. You may use the deck in the front of the house if you would like to be outside after hours. One parking space is included and parking is plentiful in this neighborhood and street parking is safe and free on Bridge Ave. A door code will be provided as your sole means of entry, so no need for a key exchange. Exterior video cameras in use to verify noise complaints, confirm number of guests, confirm compliance with exterior hours. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
