Smoke free/Pet free ****PLEASE NOTE: Condo regs allow 2 adults(21 years of age)for stays. Relax in a spotless, spacious retreat minutes from KILLINGTON and Pico and surrounded by pristine forest! Unit is located in Building 1, the first building on the left side of driveway as you enter the property. Park in front or rear in any open space. Rear entry is preferable for checking in with luggage as there are fewer stairs. Unit 12 is on second floor. ******Please note: condo regulations allow accommodations for two adults (21 years). I’m not able to accommodate children****** No parties, events or extra guests during your stay. Unit is smoke/pet free. WI-FI - cable TV are provided. Deep cleaning between all bookings. Keypad self check in. Check in time is any time after 3pm. Check out time is 11:00am. As your host I’m close by and available to assist with any questions. LIVING ROOM: Relax on the comfy sectional sofa in front of the propane fireplace to watch cable HD tv. PORCH: Step out onto the private, covered porch to enjoy a gorgeous Vermont sunset or maybe a magical evening snowfall….catch sight of winter birds at their feeders. KITCHEN: Updated fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar featuring a Keurig with regular and decaf coffee pods as well as a French Press coffee maker with regular coffee and creamer. Breakfast snacks, tea and and instant oatmeal also provided. BEDROOM: Super comfortable Queen adjustable bed with pillow top mattress. High quality linens and cable tv. BATHROOM: Separate vanity/shower-toilet area. Towels, hair dryer and toiletries provided. I’ve made sure that you’ll be comfortable and feel welcome in this elegant space. There are stairs at both exterior entrances and one flight inside to second level . Large foyer closet is open for your use. Guest self check in with keypad. Park in front or rear of building in any open spot. As your Host, I’m minutes away and can be contacted using Airbnb messaging. Cell service/WIFI can be spotty in this area so please jot down your check in info or take a screenshot just to be sure. Pico Ski area is 5 minutes from my condo. Killington Ski area is 15 minutes away. Both offer world class skiing/riding and many seasonal events. Condo is close to wedding venues, mountain biking, hiking, golf, cafes, restaurants, waterfalls and covered bridges! Killington area offers cab/van transportation. There is also public bus service (“The Bus”)along Rt 4 from Rutland to and from Pico and Killington ski areas running on the half hour.
