Nestled high on a lush hillside in Kalihi Valley, this Honolulu home is centrally located. 10-15mins from the airport, 20-25mins from Waikiki, 15mins from Downtown & Chinatown, 15-20mins from Kaneohe & Pearl Harbor and 20-25mins from Kailua Beach. Plenty of hiking close by. Your stay at the Top of the Hill will provide a relaxing tropical getaway while being close to beautiful beaches, fun activities and great restaurants. You will feel at home in this renovated space. This is an older home but has been updated. New furnishings and carpet, and a new kitchen stocked with appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai soaking up the great view. Wi-Fi and Smart TV included. Washer/dryer. Back entrance that opens to stairs that lead to a small yard. A couple mins off the Likelike Highway and five minutes from H1. Shopping center 5 mins driving distance. Corner store & awesome taco shop/cantina within walking distance. Bus stop close by. Quick Uber/cab ride to the Chinatown or Kaka’ako area for some of Oahu’s top foodie restaurant picks. And your choice of beautiful beaches close by! There are two flights of stairs leading up to the house (long flights) The parking is street parking. Late nights can be kind of tight since the pandemic but if worse comes to worse there is parking down the hill or on the next block. We also have a pack n play available upon request and some children’s toys and books for your little one. I live on the top level of the house with my family which is accessed on the opposite side. You will have complete privacy. It is essentially a dual family home which is common on Oahu. I am available to answer any questions about your stay or things to do on Oahu.
