Private balcony with ceiling fans, table and chairs overlooking gardens and pool. (Pool covered during cooler months). Guests have full access to the beautifully landscaped 1 acre yard. They can even lounge under the trees by the pool or just sit on their private balcony, catching a nice breeze from the overhead fans. We live in the main home so are available if needed, but give you all the space you need. We are pretty easy going. Historic, unique, diverse Highland Neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown Shreveport. Safe. On Fairfield Ave where many of Shreveport’s most notable homes sit. Great locale right outside of downtown. It is conveniently located. Great neighborhood restaurants. < 1 mile to both I-20 and I-49.
