Villa Vale is a newly decorated holiday home, located a few minutes drive from the wonderful beaches on the eastern coast of Istria. The house has a spectacular view over the valley, surrounded with peaceful nature, olive groves, vineyards and small charming stone walls. The village Presika is very quiet, with good people who make unique Istrian wine, olive oil, cheese and ham. The Villa has 5 newly and beautifully decorated bedrooms, offering place for up to 10. There are 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with a freezer, cozy living room with a large TV, and a large dining table. Many large windows provide a lot of light and give beautiful views to the valley. The large balcony with a comfy sofa is one of the best features of the house. Imagine, watching the sunset, enjoying with a cold glass of excellent istrian wine, surrounded with complete serenity. In the private garden there is also a private swimming pool with sunbeds.
