Location, location, location! Beautiful 4 bedroom beachfront villa on prestigious Sapodilla Bay Beach on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This home is well maintained and perfect for families as well as couples. A huge 50 ft pool with a super shallow end that slowly tapers to the 9 ft deep end. And 2 double ocean kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards as well. Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Main house features a king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a king bedroom and a bunk bed room. A few steps off of the main house is an additional king master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Plenty of dining space inside as well as beachfront dining on the patio. The tv is a smart tv, so you can either sign into your Netflix account, bring a fire stick/apple tv! Please note that the AC usage is metered and charged back to you and that we have to collect a 12% gov't tax once your rental is paid in full. This site does not allow us to add the tax on to the rental since this is a property in another country. This is a private beachfront home. You have direct access to the beach right from the back sliding glass doors! We have a management company that will assist with your stay and greeting you at the airport or car rental company. Additional fees are 12% gov't tax, AC usage (it is metered) and also a $150 cleaning fee. The neighborhood is well maintained with a private security guard that patrols our beach in the evenings. We recommend renting a car. Driving is on the opposite (left) side of the road. We do have an excellant restaurant walking distance from our villa. The majority of restaurants are about 15 minutes away, by Grace Bay. No smoking and no pets. We have a private guard that patrols the area for the homes on our beach.
