Local telephone use and free WiFi (no long distance calls please) on-site ·All linens, dishes , kitchen basics for living, as well as washer and dryer · We have someone onsite at the time of guest arrival to turn over the keys, explain the household setup and answer any questions. Our caretaker lives a few blocks away for any emergencies but we want our guests to feel that this is their home and we typically do not bother them with frequent visits to the house. The Gardener comes once a week and will only have access to the garden. The Housekeeper can come to clean once a week if the renters wish. The house is located on a hill above the Museum Na Bolom in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-15 minute walking distance to the town main plaza. We cover the basic utilities necessary for a family but ask our renters to be conscientious and make wise use of gas, electricity and wood. *Any gas consumption above the equivalent of $600 MXN/month must be covered by the renter. Normally our renters use much less than that. *Any use of wood for the fireplaces is charged separately at the end of your stay.
