The next town close to Barceloneta called Arecibo have surfing stops like Hallows and a lighthouse ( 20 mins driving). La Cueva del Indio is a cave in the north coast with a great ocean view. The Colon Statute is a great monument to visit in Arecibo (Road 681). Puerto Rico have one of the zip lines park in the world called Toro Verde (48 mins driving) in town called Orocovis.
