Our home is a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach, Beet + Basil, Fat Pig, Matchwood Brewing, Mickduff’s Beer Hall, Evans Brother’s Coffee, Pend Oreille Winery, and a handful of boutiques, galleries, and yoga studios. We are just a 25 minute drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Leap into the lake or cast your line right off the dock, jump into one of the complex's two pools (just 40' from the condo's patio), take the kayaks out for a calm dawn or evening sunset paddle... Play tennis, volleyball, Frisbee or bocce ball while grilling at the on-site BBQs or cooking in the gorgeous, brand new kitchen that is well-stocked with herbs, oils, and spices. Don't want to eat in? Ride the beach cruisers into town for some fabulous local fare with flair. In the winter, you’ll love walking right out the door along the frozen snowy lakeshore, strolling through downtown, or gearing up to ski amazing terrain at Schweitzer Mountain Resort - only a 25 minute drive from our door. After a full day of play in sun or snow, kick your feet up with a good book by the fire, or enjoy a movie in front of the 65" TV with Netflix. Crawl into the brand new Stearn's & Foster California King Bed, and rest up to do it all over again! This is a private condominium. Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as all the amenities on site that are a part of the Condo del Sol community, including: two pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day); tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts; an expansive lawn for games; dock for fishing; and on-site BBQs. Complementary amenities that are for guests of this rental only: two beach cruiser bikes; two kayaks, paddles, and PFDs; tennis racquets; bocce ball set. Our home has convenient access for you to self-check-in and come-and-go as you please. We give you the space and privacy to use it fully as your own. We are available by phone, text, messaging, and email, but will not be interacting with our visitors in person - unless requested or needed. Welcome to your home away from home! Walking distance to City Beach, Third Street Pier, fabulous restaurants, cafes, breweries, yoga studios, local coffee roasters, shopping boutiques, and galleries right Downtown. There is plenty of parking on site at Condo del Sol and there is not a specific spot reserved for this condo unit. Park wherever you please :) Sandpoint is a walking town. We highly encourage walking or taking the beach cruisers instead of driving for a relaxed, enjoyable and laid back, local experience. We offer a boat slip right out front for $100/day on request for the months of June and July. Though there is plenty of unassigned vehicle parking, trailer parking is unfortunately off site. We have only one slip available for two Airbnb properties, so if interested, please note this in your reservation and we will confirm availability and then request additional payment to confirm your slip reservation.
