The house is located on the Ile de Noirmoutier near the Bois des Eloux (protected maritime pine wood) 500 meters walk from the beaches of La Guérinière (Cantine Beach), a small typical village of the Island with its small traditional houses, numerous mills and salt marshes. Ideally located in a quiet area, close to the shops and the town center of Noirmoutier, you can cycle around the island by bike, take advantage of the many activities (theater and music festivals in summer) and discover all the pleasures intended lovers of idleness, water sports or even good food.
