Beautiful Lynn Valley. Your space is a 2 bdrm ground level suite with private entrance. Very comfortable and clean. Great for corporate travel, families or friends wanting to experience all Vancouver has to offer, but not be in the city. 3rd bdrm available for a small fee. Our house backs onto numerous hiking and biking trails as well as a playground and tennis courts. Coffee shop/corner store 1/2 block away. Easy access to hwy. Whistler 1.5hr. Three local ski hills close by. Deep Cove 20 min. Spacious private suite. 2 bedrooms, 1 with desk\workspace. Large flat screen tv, netflix, gas fireplace, high speed wifi, washer and dryer. The suite sleeps 4 comfortably. 3rd bedroom available for small fee (change booking to 5 guests, to book 3rd bedroom). If you don't want to leave equipment on the car. Bikes and skis can be stored in the suite or under the balcony. Kayaks, paddle boards etc can be left under the back balcony. As this is a separate suite I will not disturb you. We have 3 local ski hills (Grouse, Cypress and Seymour) all a short drive. Right from your doorstep are numerous hiking trails including the Lynn Canyon suspension bridge and Rice lake. Mtn. Fromme is amazing Mtn biking and just down the street. We have a great little coffee shop “End of the Line”with an outdoor sitting area, only 1/2 block away. Playground with a water park and tennis courts very close. Food store, restaurants, liquor store 2 min drive. Downtown Vancouver is a 30min drive. Lots of street parking. I would recommend having a car. If you don't the bus stop to downtown, Lonsdale Quay/Seabus is just around the corner. Lots of street parking directly in front of the house. No limit after 5pm, okay to park overnight. It is 3hr parking during the day. Just around the corner (30 second walk) is unlimited parking all the time. Please don't park in the driveway we need it for EV charging and my husbands work van. If you have an EV car we will coordinate times and you can use the charger.
