During your stay, I maintain a permanent resident in one of the bedrooms with my own separate entrance . However, all guests will enjoy exclusive and private access to the whole apartment which includes the bathroom, living room and kitchen as shown in the profile photos. The apartment has a full bathroom and kitchen. It includes amenities such as a large 65 inch smart TV with full access to premium channels such as HBO and Max as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Super fast Internet access with WIFI provided by Verizon FIOS Quantum, great for business travelers looking for a reliable connection to internet. There is a spacious desk and large table to place a laptop and do any required work. The apartment also has a host of various artwork hung throughout that gives a nice ambience for those looking to just relax and enjoy their time indoors. We also offer free coffee and tea to all our guests. Full access to the entire apartment except for one closet and the second bedroom. During your stay, you will have access to the rest of the apartment including the living room, bathroom and kitchen. I will be available whenever a guest requires assistance. The apartment is located in the heart of Williamsburg, a neighborhood that is world renown for its hip and trendy people and unique restaurants and shops. The apartment is super close to many cool restaurants and bars in South Williamsburg and only 10 minutes away from all the fun and craziness of North Williamsburg. Best of all, you can be right in the heart of the City in under 20 minutes. The Apartment is a 2-3 minute walk from the L train and about 5-10 minute walk from the J,L,M train with bus located right down the block from the apartment. There is a very large well stocked Supermarket just 2 blocks away and Laundromat located down the block. Also, for those who love to get around in bikes there is a Citibike rental hub just 1 block away from the apartment! Furthermore, there is a large RiteAid/Walgreens Pharmacy store open late just 5 minutes walking. Lastly, there are 24/7 convenience stores located right down the street as well, including a 24/7 Dominos Pizzeria for all you late night owl eaters!:) The large guest Bedroom has one large queen bed that comfortably fits 2 people. It also has a large desk and if needed, a convertible sleeper sofa that easily converts to a comfortable large twin sized bed. Furthermore, we also provide a foldable mattress and cot that can be placed anywhere. Also, free coffee and tea will be provided to all our guests plus there is a steam iron and ironing board available when needed. Hair dryer as well!
