Casa Prisma
One of the most beautiful estates in the valley of Tepoztlán, la Casa Blanca was designed by renowned Mexican architect, Eduardo Terrazas. His use of locally quarried stone, and sweeping horizontal lines, make it one of the most successful experiments in indoor-outdoor living, and this, in one of the world’s most ideal year-round climates. A 15-minute walk to the village center, the grounds and swimming pool are surrounded by the majestic, magnetic mountains for which Tepoztlán is world famous. With eight bedrooms and a capacity for 14 total guests, la Casa Blanca welcomes guests with rich interiors, tile and terracotta throughout and aged wood with stone. Facilities include multiple terraces and landscaped gardens, eight bedrooms, seven full baths and one half-bath. The swimming pool and jacuzzi (both heated for a small daily extra) are available year-round and parking is included for up to twenty vehicles. Guests may enjoy full access to the home and two hectares of beautiful crafted gardens. All meals can be cooked at cost of food and the local cooking lady. I'm always on my cellphone if anything is needed.
