Enjoy the 17% discount (as I pay the taxes out of the proceeds of your payment unlike most other listings). Rate reduced from $399 during construction . Do not be fooled by the other smaller studios with just a niche that fits a bed. This beautiful huge 1 bedroom beachfront condo is located ground floor just 30 steps to the powdery white sand beach. Assigned parking close by. Avoid lengthy elevator waits. Ground floor corner unit the most accessible to the beach. Please check the reviews. I pay the 17% tax and part of the guest service fee out of my proceeds. This is one of the few legal vacation rentals so you do not have to worry about a last minute cancellation. Just 30 steps from the condo to the powdery white sand beach. Lots of upgrades and additions that truly make this the best condo in the building. This is a true full size, large one bedroom. It is not one of the small studios with a small bed niche that others in the building try to pass off as a one bedroom. I bought this condo from a woman who owned four units here. She chose to live in this one. Most believe it is the best location for your vacation.  It has a Deluxe King bed with new mattress in the bedroom with lots of extra linens and top of the line memory foam cooling pillows heat and moisture reducing ice silk and gel infused. You will find plenty of linens and a full size washer/dryer in the condo. There is unlimited high speed access and a wireless signal for your personal laptops. The full kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker and all kitchen amenities. There are two LCD TVs. The latest upgrades include granite counter tops and travertine type flooring. You will enjoy visiting because most of the time you have the white sandy beach completely to yourself. It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Hauula is on the opposite side of the island from the airport and Waikiki which is 45-60 minutes away. The Polynesian Cultural Center is 10 minutes away and Sunset Beach is 15 minutes past there. Foodland is a major grocery store chain and you will find one 10 minutes away in Laie. Don't waste your valuable vacation time waiting for the elevator. This condo is the ground floor corner unit, the most preferred location. Other amenities at the building include barbeque area, swimming pool next to the unit with a sunning deck and chairs. There is a small convenience store across the street connected to a Subway sandwich shop. Your parking stall is included and located in front of the unit. The unit extends from one end of the building to the other and measures approximately 900 sq. ft. FREE PARKING Please read the recent reviews to see how much the construction work is affecting guests. Most of the work on our side is done. On December 2nd the building informed me they will be working on the patio spalling beginning January 1, 2023. Until the work is completely finished you will get the discounted rate at $299. The best way to see the current state is to check the current reviews. I am required to remove the screens on the patio which some people like. The unit will not be affected. I have discounted the rate to compensate for this. If you have any hesitation or concerns please let me know. Work can only be done on business days between 8am and 5pm. Depending on your booking I have offered a substantial discount to compensate. Hopefully it is a win win for us. I have just received a review that complained their gps took them to the wrong building. That’s a tough one since I cannot control her GPS. Please go to the correct address. Sorry. The bedroom windows need repair. They are manageable. I tried to have the windows fixed but the building has plans to access all owners to replace the bedroom side windows at the same time so they will all be done simultaneously in the future. I don’t advertise that we have a gym because it was sparse and I only got complaints before but I just now got a complaint that the family would have used the gym if they had known about it. It does have a bathroom and is located on the ground floor in the middle of the complex with the entry on ocean side with fob key. Well we now have a chicken and rooster presence at times. Apparently vacationers enjoy feeding them so the building has some chickens, roosters and chicks. They are friendly. Please do not feed them. Once in awhile the roosters crow a bit too early . I am one of the few that doesn’t add it on to your payment. What a huge discount! This condo rental is for the entire space. This is not a shared rental. This is a true one bedroom which is one of the larger model one bedrooms. Half the units listed as one bedrooms were originally studios with a small niche for a bed and much smaller in size. From exploring the nearby tide pools to surfing the waves, there’s something for everyone at Pats at Punalu’u. When you’re not soaking up the sun on the beach, there’s plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Take a hike to nearby Ka’ena Point, where you’ll find stunning views of the coastline and a variety of wildlife, including Hawaiian monk seals and sea turtles. Or, head to the nearby town of Haleiwa, known for its charming boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. Finally, cruise up to Laie, only minutes away to visit BYU-Hawaii and the Polynesian Cultural Center.
