We are centrally located in Oahu just a 20 minute drive to the North Shore, 20 min to Pearl Harbor, 20 min to the West Side, and 30 min to Kaneohe on the East side. Restaurants and shops are a short 5 minute walk down from the house along with a park for the kids to play in. The guest house is 1200 square feet (111.5 square meters) with a private entrance. The home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub, very open and large living space with 20 foot ceilings and a full Kitchen which includes a full stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and all the dishes/cookware you would need. You also have access to your own washer / dryer for laundry. Super cold air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms for those hot summer days. We are a family of 3 who live in the front part of the house so are usually around if you require anything. We are environmentally friendly and have installed a new solar photoelectric system in the house. Please put any recyclables in the blue container outside. The house is spacious and has an open floorplan, making it easy to gather together in the living/dining/kitchen area. Wireless Internet and TV with DVDs are available for your entertainment. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and tranquil home, this is the place for you! Absolutely no loud parties or no additional guests beyond the registered number. Living Room features cathedral 20 ft. ceiling, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Sofa bed has a queen pullout for 2 people, and room for an air mattress which is provided if required for 2 additional people. TV with Roku (some channels and Netflix) and DVD’s. Kitchen has all of the utensils you need to prepare a meal. Full sized oven, dishwasher and fridge are at your disposal. Kitchen skylights which bring in lots of sunlight. Master Bedroom - queen sized bed big enough for two people. Full sized bath with shower. Portable air conditioner unit. Bedroom 2 - Full sized bath big enough for two people. Portable air conditioner unit. Extra large washer and dryer are located in the home for guests' use. There is parking for one car in the driveway with more parking available on the street. Max 8 guests on property - strictly enforced. Pricing is up to 4 people, but we unfortunately need to charge $40 more per person for each person after 4 people due to higher electric, water, and cleaning costs. Guests may access the entire 2 bedroom, 1 bath home and patio. Beach chairs, toys, and boogie board use included! We are available as need be and can give you tips where to go around the island, or be totally hands-off. Its up to you! The neighborhood is a typical Hawaiian family oriented neighborhood. Shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. The Mililani Town Center is about a 5 minute drive. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk, but a car is highly recommended to get around the island. Owners are friendly, and welcomes as much interaction as guests wish to have. Happy to offer suggestions of good eats, hikes, surfing or paddle boarding sites, or any other fun adventures. We are bi-lingual in English and Spanish. We are a family of three living in the front of the house so around if you need anything. We rent out the back guest house. Absolutely no smoking or parties allowed.
