There is also a balcony with a hammock. The apartment is located in a residential unit with pool and sauna. The apartment is on the top floor, so are not going to hear noises over you. You have a desk where to work, TV with cable, internet and phone line. You can enjoy all of the apartment and use the pool and sauna in the residential unit should you wish to. The apartment is located in a secure neighborhood, where you can find grocery stores, supermarkets, coffee places, fast food restaurants and other facilities close by. It's close to metro station Itagui and the large Mayorca shopping mall. There are good public transport links to Itagüi Metro station (10 minutes), downtown Envigado (10 minutes), Poblado (25 minutes) and downtown Medellín (40 minutes). Central Envigado is easily walkable.
