It's in southern Kuwait and in a prime location as the building is right on the main coastal road. You can go for a swim or a picnic on the shore as the public beach is right across the building, almost all other buildings lack this privilege. To the left, Miral restaurant & cafe complex is right on the beach, it's just a 5 minute walk. You can find there tons of cuisine options. To the right is Starbucks, only a 3 minute walk. There's also a gym next door and a car rental office and taxi office as well. A laundromat, dermatology clinic, dentist, and a general healthcare clinic are all next door also. Many grocery stores & restaurants are available right behind the building as well. Pastries, savories and yummy snacks can also be found at a shop right next to the building. Easy free public parking can be found outside. Taxis are always available outside as the building is right on a major coastal road. If you'd like to go somewhere close, I'd also be glad to drop you for free, depending on my schedule. Please be clean, tidy and organized as my home is your home.
