The condo is secured and safe with required Key fob access and has air condition in the living room and the bedroom. This unit also includes one secured parking stall within the building. We have a 50-inch LCD TV in the living room, with cable as well as Wifi available throughout the whole building. Washer and dryer can be found within the unit should you need to clean your clothes throughout the trip. As well as a dish washer for easy cleanup. The bathroom can be accessed from both the living room or the bathroom to give a little extra privacy for those sleeping in the living room and the bed room. There is one covered and secured parking stall that come with the rental as well as bus stops near by to get around. *Notice: Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony.
