We love our Condo Del Sol condo for so many reasons! It's perfect for quick access to summer water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or winter skiing at Schweitzer. This updated condo is well situated in downtown Sandpoint. It's about a 10 min walk to all of downtown storefronts and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to City Beach Park. Onsite amenities include water views, 2 pools (mid May-mid Sept use), kayak/SUP launch points, tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and BBQ area. Beautiful south east facing corner unit (one of the largest in the complex) with abundantly more light and vaulted ceilings. The place is 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms with 2 loft spaces for additional living and sleeping arrangements (9 total) at 1285 square feet. One of the loft spaces is used as (non-private) 3rd bedroom. The unit faces both the lake and pool and is bonused with a balcony for an airy al fresco experience. In the winter, the lake water recedes and the lakefront becomes a beachfront. The house has 3 TVs each with cable and streaming content access. Nintendo game consoles are also available for the video game enthusiasts. Sitting areas include a sofa (that doubles as sofa bed at night) and 3 Lazy Boys. You will have the full condo to yourself, as well as be able to enjoy everything offered on the grounds (bbq, tennis and pickle back courts, 2 pools open for use mid May to mid Sept, basketball court, boat dock/lake access) I'm always available by Airbnb app and phone. This condo is located is an extremely well maintained open space condo complex in south Sandpoint with direct access to Lake Pend Oreille. With views of mountains and the lake from the unit and only 5 minute walk to Sandpoint main shops and attractions, and 30 minutes drive to Schweitzer, doesn't get any better than this spot for year round recreation and enjoyment. 5 minute walk to everything in town, including SPOT bus system that takes you everyone in Sandpoint including Red Barn stop for Schweitzer shuttle. 30 minutes drive to top of Schweitzer. We are part of a condo community and it is important that we follow condo association rules or there's consequence of fines and /or eviction. These include: - There is no smoking (including vaping) in or around the condo complex, and includes off the balcony, entryways/hallways, stairways, etc. - No hanging of your personal items off the railings of the patio balconies. - Pets must be on leash at all times. - No littering tolerated. - Boat slips are owned by individual owners and one is not available with this unit. Can tie boat on seawall but only during day, no overnight. - Boats/trailers must be parked in designated areas. No RV parking (some are available in town). - No food and drinks while physically in the pool. No glass by the pool area. - Quiet hours start at 10 PM. No parties.
