The house has a beautiful, well-maintained garden (850 m2) with mature trees. The gardener regularly mows the lawn. The gardening equipment, outdoor furniture, sun shades and garden games are kept in the shed. There is also a charcoal grill. Enjoy the terrace, facing the garden. In front of the house is a large garage with two car parking spaces in front of it. This holiday home is located on the estuary of the Western Scheldt, in between Breskens and Hoofdplaat in Zeeland. It is about 300 - 400 meters to the Western Scheldt. It is not for swimming, but rather lends itself to walking and bicycling. The sandy beach is about five kilometres from the house in Breskens. The area is beautiful all year round. We highly recommend a visit to Brügge and Gent. By car, it is a 30 - 45 minute drive. . Knokke nearby is great for shopping. One of the region's best restaurants, the "Kromme Watergang" is within walking distance of the house. Other great restaurants and shops can be found in Breskens und Oostburg.
