The “Brookside Cabin” is 1/4 mile from DT Gatlinburg and has daily access to a trolley stop right in front of the Brookside Lodge. The "Brookside Cabin" is a newly renovated classic Smoky Mountain Cabin, surrounded by water and just 1/4 mile from Downtown Gatlinburg. Large living room space and full kitchen easily caters to groups of 8 or more. Resort Grade Linens on all beds. 4 separate bedrooms accommodates larger groups easily. Outdoor Picnic areas and bonfire seating are also located right next to the cabin. You are welcome to get in the river and enjoy the fishing in season as well. Licenses are not required if fishing on our property, but can be bought within walking distance of the cabin. Brand new LVP flooring to replace the carpets, and Newly painted, as well as a brand new deck are just some of the new features. Brand new bathrooms and a private screened in porches were recently added to this property as well! With being the sister cabin of the Brookside Lodge you have access all of these amenities Including the Brookside Lodge Free Buffet Style breakfast. 2- outdoor pools, fitness center, hot tub (in season), free WiFi, full-court basketball court, volley ball, shuffle board, bag toss, picnic grounds, a children's playground, and bus parking. Downhill on the way there and uphill on the way back. If you don't prefer to walk, and don't want to pay expensive parking fees downtown, there is a trolley stop in front of Brookside Lodge. Taxi and Uber services are also available in the area. The entrance to the Brokside Cabin and Parking are located in between the 2-story buildings on the far side of the Brookside Lodge directly across from Flap Jacks. The entrance to the Brookside Lodge starts with crossing a covered bridge marked by our cabin's sign "Brookside Cabin" Extra parking is available in the Brookside Lodge Parking lot at no extra charge for your entire stay.
