Our cottage is light and airy and has a beautiful wooded setting. It is located near our family garden and is not part of a subdivision. It is situated next to our antique barn and is on land that has been in our family for generations. You will have self check in and will enjoy coffee, tea and fresh baked items from our local bakery. As your hosts, we are just across the street and down the road if you need us for anything. While our cottage is in a wooded setting, you are just minutes from the interstate. Little rock is 20-25 minutes east and Hot Springs is 30-40 minutes west. The East gate to Hot Springs Village is 16 miles west. This is a great location to enjoy a rural setting but be close to all central arkansas has to offer Our guests have the whole house. We also have a picnic pavilion in our garden area that guests may use. Our home sits on a wooded lot that has areas to take a nice walk in the woods and a pretty creek to walk to. The barns on the property are not available for guest use. During your stay, we will be available by text or phone call. We also live down the road so if we are home we can be to the house immediately. our neighborhood is great for a walk in the woods and the chance to see deer and many bird species. Our downtown square has an historic courthouse that anchors the square. The Gann Museum downtown documents the founding of Saline County. Our cottage location is an easy trip to our local softball and baseball fields and our rodeo arena. Little Rock has many cultural sites. The Clinton library and school of public service, Central High School and museum, The purse museum, Dickey Stephens baseball stadium, and many restaurant areas are just some of the Little Rock areas of interest. Hot Springs offers Horse Racing during season, a year round casino, historic bathhouse row, three lakes and many golf courses. Benton is a small town with everything in an easy drive. We have most fast food brands and a few great local eateries. Most places to eat are centrally located on Military Road in town and at the Alcoa exchange on the interstate. Our downtown is bustling as well! We have several new restaurants that you might enjoy including Rock N Roll Sushi, Valhalla, Baja Grill, and Italy in Town. We also have several new boutiques that are worth perusing!
