Nestled deep in the back of Volcano Village, I designed my custom home specifically as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of a hectic life. This brand new lava themed guest suite is like its own tiny house. As you enter from the spacious covered lanai, you may enjoy your breakfast at the outside or inside dining areas. There is a mini-fridge to store your refreshments, along with a microwave to heat up the leftovers from our wonderful local restaurants. You and your partner can read a book in front of the fireplace, or stream your movies on a flat-screen TV while you lounge in bed.... all on island time. My guest suite is only available when friends & family aren’t in town, so come and enjoy paradise with me! Guests particularly enjoy our large shared covered lanai to enjoy their morning coffee. Lately, we've been seeing the endangered Hawaiian i'o (hawk) hunting in the yard, so keep a look out! Guests won’t have access to my main home to which the covered lanai connects. I live on-site in a completely separate space, guests can enjoy the peaceful setting as they please. This home is located in the serenity of the forest, which is highlighted by the beautiful birds, ferns and ohia trees. Be sure to check out the many shops and restaurants that are hidden throughout the jungles of Volcano Village, just ask for recommendations! After exiting the driveway, you will only need to take two turns to be at the entrance of the stunning Volcanoes National Park, only 1.5 miles away. There are several restaurants at the end of the street, so you can pick up breakfast along the way. It is a great secluded location, yet super easy to find, I look forward to hosting you! My posted rates include Hawaii GET & VAT Taxes, you won’t be billed extra through Airbnb or otherwise as other hosts do! There is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle available for your use in the kitchenette, along with dishes and basic utensils. There are also several restaurants, cafes and a farmer’s market (Sundays) less than a mile away.
