The rental is a duplex, it is close to Haleiwa Town where there are shops, restaurants, and beaches. I live on half the duplex. Only the downstairs open room and upstairs bedroom have AC. Fire hazard if you leave the electricity on when you leave, if you leave and it is on, I have the right to go into the rental and turn it off. NOTE: 30-night stay minimum and 2 cars max. *There are cats on the property outside of the rental. They are friendly.* The space is 3000 square feet. 2 floors. Nice big decks, they over look the ocean and mountains. DC electric just in case if there is a storm and the electricity comes out you'll still have electricity. The whole yard and your side of the duplex are accessible. Yes I will help, I am a live in ground keepers manager. In Haleiwa it has night clubs and restaurants and only 2 miles away. There are bus stops 5 minutes away (walking). 2 or 3-day notice, please. You cannot rent my day the next do you inquire.
