Our home has been completely renovated with all new walls bathrooms, furniture and bedding. The house has private parking behind a automatic garage door for 2 large cars or 3 small. We have a outside bar table for up to 10 barstools to spend the day looking at the surf while enjoying a cool beer. Come spend a weekend right in the middle of all the fun, music, and people watching. Our price is fair compare to what’s available in that area. Our average rate is about $400 if you bring 8 people that comes out to $50 per night per person. That is cheap!! for we’re your at. You can find cheaper, but you will be miles away and parking would be a nightmare. This a fully renovated home about 1,100 square feet, we have 2 queen beds with one private bathroom and shower in one room, and 2 additional rooms with one queen bed each. The large living room has a small kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is another full bath with shower and a queen sleeper sofa. It is very private and safe. For those hot days or cold nights we have AC and heating for your comfort. Outside we have a gas BBQ and a 6-8 person Jacuzzi all private and just for your group. We always greet our guests when they arrive, we give them a tour of the property and explain the house rules. We also point out were to get groceries and places of interest.
