There's an attached guest unit that may occasionally be occupied by owner, but very private. Summer is ideal for outdoor picnics and relaxing. 1 well behaved dog permitted. This space is ideal for both adults and children. There are no steep steps up to the main house or in the front yard area. The property is in high elevation so heavy snow is to be expected. All new Kitchen well stocked with new Bosch appliances, new washer/dryer and newly renovated bathroom. Bedrooms have extra heaters & blankets. House does not have air conditioning as most homes here don't, but just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans throughout. Always plan to pack snow chains and/or have an AWD vehicle if you are planning a visit in the winter. High Speed Internet is reliable 105 download, 12.5 upload. Absolutely no parties. You will be provided the door access information the morning of your arrival. There is a driveway in the front of the house that accommodates 3 vehicles comfortably and easy unloading and loading of luggage and groceries. There is no garage access. Owner may be located nearby in guest unit from time to time, but, if not, always available for assistance via phone, text. We will be sure to have everything ready for your arrival and there is a welcome booklet that provides instructions on everything from how to operate the fireplace to proper trash disposal, hiking trails, and nearby restaurants. Mountain residential area great for hiking, skiing, and downtown fun is close by. Maximum 3 car parking capacity in driveway. The Summit Market and local restaurants are very close. Plenty of places to hike and Heavenly and Boulder ski lifts are a 3 minute drive. Safeway market and shopping center is 10 minutes away. Nothing is too far away. Can Uber or Lyft to town or ski lifts if you don't feel like driving. BBQ not available during winter or during summer red flag fire warning days. Outside furniture available including picnic bench, outdoor dining table, 2 lounge chairs in outdoor living area during the summer months, but stored in the winter.
