The Red Ginger is newly renovated with a spacious living room that opens up to a private yard. Just added AC. Short 5 minute walk to the Enchanted Lake Shopping Center where you can find a grocery store, Starbucks coffee, tons of restaurants, a sports bar, and a movie theater. Three miles or five minute drive to kailua town and beach. Pet free. Great Location! Master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and full bath. Living room couch pulls out into a queen bed. Bedroom door closes off from the living room making it private from the pull out couch bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with a mid size refrigerator and all the cooking tools needed for making your favorite meals. Hot Plate and large toaster oven and microwave. * This is a non smoking property and neighborhood. Ample street parking- I always designate a special spot for you right by the house. Guests have their own private entrance to the rental space. There is a private back yard right in front of the rental with two chairs outside the porch for relaxing. I like to greet our guests upon arrival to show them around the property and room and give some local advise. After that, it is up the guests to decide how much interaction they would like. If you want to have privacy, that is very easy with the way our house is laid out! If you would like to say a little hello and get some advise we are here to help! We are on a very quiet street with lots of parking available. It is easy to walk to places from our home such as the shopping center down the street. There is also a great hike that starts just one street over from ours. It takes you up the back side of the pill boxes so you can see the view of Lanikai, Kailua beach and Waimanalo. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk down the street. I would recommend renting a car and having that be your transportation. There are also electric bike rental in kailua town that can be a fun transport option. Our home is a duplex and we live in the front section. The rental is set up to feel very private and is surrounded by greenery. It has its own private entrance and yard. You will feel like you stepped out of the city and into paradise when you look out and see fruit trees and lush plants. **We add on, the local transient accommodations tax and GE that is due at guest arrival @ 15%
