Enjoy Oahu’s beautiful north shore in our light, breezy, private beach house situated across the cul-de-sac from a secluded beach. The lush and well-landscaped property is fully fenced and gated—only a 45 second walk from the house to the sand. The beach is great for walks, treasure hunting, snorkeling, and swimming. Our house is family friendly and is stocked with kids books, toys, three Lectrofan white noise machines, a pack and play, and a high chair. Minimum lease is for 30 days. Our vintage house has newly remodeled bathrooms and updated appliances. Stroll across the cul-de-sac to a beautiful beach that is often good for swimming, snorkeling, beach walks, and sunsets. The house is conveniently located 5-7 minutes drive from Haleiwa Town and 5 minutes from the historic Waialua Sugar Mill. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s the perfect location for those seeking outdoor activities without sacrificing the comforts one should expect while on vacation. The property is gated and fully fenced for privacy. Guests have full use of the property with the exception of a few owner’s closets. I prefer to give guests space so that they may relax and experience this beautiful place as they like. Many guests are traveling with children and I understand that people have different schedules. For these reasons, I don’t wish to disturb anyone unless absolutely necessary. I am happy to be contacted by guests though, should they have any questions or should any issues arise. I have a property manager take care of certain matters. If a guest should have a question, please first contact me through Airbnb or by phone and I’ll have my manager come by if necessary. The house is 5-7 minutes from the famous Haleiwa Town, and 5 minutes from the historic Waialua Sugar Mill. There are many hikes nearby, including the incredible Kaena Point trail. Pipeline and Waimea Bay are about 15 or so minutes away by car. We recommend renting a car. The house has a carport and a driveway and can easily fit two cars inside the gated area. As always, do not leave valuables in rental cars as theft can occur. By law, this is a 30 day minimum rental. The house cleaner comes mid month and at the end of each stay. The house cleaner can come more frequently if you would like and any additional cleanings would be at additional cost. The base cleaning fee for the month is $500 and each additional cleaning is usually $250 but may be more depending on how much time the house cleaner spends cleaning (they charge by the hour). If the house is sandy or needs more than the usual cleaning, guests will be responsible for the additional cost of cleaning. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with several families with small children. Please drive 5mph down the cul-de-sac, as children are often riding bicycles and playing in the neighborhood. Parties or gatherings, smoking, e-cigarettes, pets, and loud music are strictly prohibited at all times on the property. Please use reef safe sunscreen, or wearing sun protective clothing instead, to avoid damaging the reef. Spraying sunscreen in or around the house can damage furniture and additional cleaning fees may be incurred. Also, please consider bringing reusable water bottles to prevent having to buy bottled water. Mahalo! This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days.
