Hello I'm Chris. Thank you for booking with me at Woodbridge Terrace LLC. I personally remodeled this century old building from the ground up, with the most modern fixtures and appliances. The home has 6 private bedrooms 3 upstairs and 3 downstairs with shared kitchen, living room, laundry room and 2.5 baths. This home is located near Metro Hospital, Tremont, Ohio City. We are also less than 3 miles to downtown CLE. Please note that this room features a double sized bed, not a queen. In most cases, 2 people should fit comfortably but this may not be the case for all of our guests. It is located on the second-floor with a dresser, desk and a double sized bed. This space has been totally renovated from the studs out to new plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Additionally, I'm asking all my guests to be careful entering and exiting as we are still under renovations. You will have access to your private bedroom along with the shared living room, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and the laundry area is available for small charge. We are always available to answer questions and requests. Other than this, we give our guests ample space to relax and enjoy. Lots of local places of interest nearby including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Science Center, Cleveland Zoo, Aquarium, Progressive Field and Q Arena, Browns Stadium and Playhouse Square. The neighborhood itself has residential housing to the west of the building and the Hospital is the entire East side of the building. The area is currently being transformed into a modern and state of the art new neighborhood. There is new money being poured back into West 25th which is bringing in more businesses and extending the feel of Ohio City which is less than a mile down the street! Downtown Cleveland is less than 3 miles away. Parking is available on a first come basis behind the building. There is also ample street parking at any time of the day in front of the house. Uber and Lyft is always available and RTA (local bus line) is right out front. All the TV's use streaming Roku devices to watch over 1300 channels. Once any TV is on use the Roku remote to select the Spectrum App then you can choose what channel you like. All of the TV's also support Netflix, Hulu and hundreds of other streaming platforms.
